Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Automation Engineer role based in Jaipur.

The Industrial Automation Engineer will design, program, and integrate control systems for industrial processes, including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems. Responsibilities include configuring and commissioning automation hardware and software, developing and optimizing process control logic, and ensuring seamless communication between electrical, mechanical, and control components. The role involves diagnosing and resolving system issues, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to improve reliability and performance.

The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, create technical documentation, support maintenance personnel, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout project life cycles. Qualifications Strong skills in Automation and Process Control, including experience with PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming. Solid foundation in Electrical Engineering, with the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and work with industrial control panels.

Hands-on experience in Troubleshooting industrial control systems, field instrumentation, and communication networks. Exposure to Robotics or robotic integration in industrial environments is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.

Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP) and safety standards. Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, coordinate with operations and maintenance teams, and support commissioning and field activities. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
