Job Title : Deputy Manager Experience : 0 to 3 years Location : Mumbai Job Overview Looking for candidates passionate about capital markets to support the development of innovative indices across equity, fixed income, and other asset classes. Key Responsibilities Develop and backtest index strategies (smart beta, thematic, factor-based) Define index methodologies and selection criteria Conduct market research and analyze global trends Engage with market participants (AMCs, exchanges, etc.) Prepare research reports, white papers, and index analysis Collaborate with tech teams on index platforms Requirements MBA / CA / CFA (or equivalent) Strong analytical and communication skills Interest in financial markets and indices SQL/Python knowledge is a plus Interested Candidate can Share CV to [email protected]
