Job Description

The Independent Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and

managing an assigned territory, establishing professional relationships with physicians and

healthcare organizations, generating qualified commercial opportunities, and achieving agreed

sales objectives.


The representative will operate independently through an active Brazilian CNPJ and will be

responsible for organizing their commercial activities, customer visits, territory planning, and

business-development efforts.


This opportunity is designed for candidates who are comfortable working in a performance-

oriented environment and who can communicate professionally in both Portuguese and English.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, healthcare professionals, and other qualified commercial partners.
  • Present EndoPure and 1PURE RX products, scientific materials, company information, and approved commercial programs.
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Manage and expand an active portfolio of physicians and healthcare customers.
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with prospective and existing accounts.
  • Prepare and execute territory-development and account-management plans.
  • Meet or exceed agreed monthly and quarterly sales and activity objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of visits, opportunities, follow-up activities, and account development in the company’s CRM system.
  • Monitor local market conditions, competitive activity, physician feedback, and customer needs.
  • Participate in company training, sales meetings, product-education programs, and periodic performance reviews.
  • Conduct all activities in accordance with company policies, applicable Brazilian regulations, ethical standards, and approved promotional practices.


Required Qualifications

  • English proficiency: Professional working proficiency in spoken and written English is required. Candidates must be able to participate in meetings, training sessions, written communications, and interactions with the company’s U.S.-based leadership.
  • Native or fluent Portuguese.
  • Active CNPJ, or willingness and legal ability to establish an appropriate Brazilian legal entity before beginning the engagement.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, healthcare business development, medical devices, prescription products, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and consistently follow up on commercial opportunities.
  • Willingness to use CRM, reporting, communication, and digital-sales platforms required by the company.
  • Availability for frequent local and regional travel. Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category B, and reliable transportation where required.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Nursing, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or another relevant field.
  • Existing relationships with psychiatrists, neurologists, pediatric neurologists, pain specialists, geriatricians, pediatricians, or other healthcare professionals.
  • Experience with cannabinoid-based products, specialty pharmaceuticals, neurological products, or physician-education programs.
  • Experience working with international organizations or U.S.-based management
  • teams.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling, territory planning, CRM management, and performance-based compensation.


Commercial Structure

The engagement will be structured as an independent contractor relationship through a Brazilian

PJ/CNPJ.


Compensation may include:

  • Performance-based commissions.
  • Progressive commission tiers based on achievement of agreed objectives.
  • Performance incentives or gratuities.
  • Initial product, compliance, systems, and sales training.
  • Approved marketing and scientific-support materials.
  • Territory-related expense support or reimbursement when specifically authorized under the applicable commercial agreement.


The final compensation structure, territory, performance expectations, and commercial

conditions will be established in the independent contractor agreement and applicable

compensation plan.


Independent Contractor Status

This opportunity does not constitute an employment relationship. The selected representative

will provide services independently through their own Brazilian legal entity and will remain

responsible for their own taxes, registrations, insurance, operating expenses, and legal

obligations, except as otherwise expressly established in the written agreement.

The representative will retain responsibility for organizing the manner, schedule, and means by

which the contracted commercial services are performed, subject to agreed deliverables,
