Inbound Operations Manager

• People Leadership: Manage the team lifecycle, defining merit increases, promotions, and structuring Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Delivery Hubs Management: Lead technical intelligence hubs focused on training, innovation, extracting assets, and providing support during critical project phases.
• Allocation and Onboarding: Support Resource Planning in the strategic allocation of personnel and partner with BPs (Business Partners) to ensure team climate and onboarding.
• Quality and Efficiency: Ensure the integrity of deliveries through quality checks and the use of AI accelerators.

Requirements

• Consulting Background: Proven experience leading technology and professional services teams;
• SAP Ecosystem Expertise: Solid technical knowledge of SAP solutions (such as S/4HANA, Analytics, or BTP) to support pre-sales and ensure technical quality;
• Strategic People Management: Experience in hiring, terminations, promotions, and merit-based decisions;
• Bachelor's degree or higher;
• Preferred: Advanced English proficiency.

Demonstrates expertise in SAP solutions, including S/4HANA and Analytics, while effectively managing team dynamics and resource allocation. Proven ability to lead technology teams, ensuring quality and efficiency in project delivery through strategic people management and innovative practices.
