Job Brief:

We are seeking a charismatic, phone sales person to help generate new sales leads for our business. If you have a knack for connecting with people and have the ability to listen, understand, discuss and present a solution that suits a customer's need, this is the job for you. Responsible for exceptional customer service Maintaining relationships with clients throughout the entire process to ensure outstanding customer experience In-house sales

Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Responsible for developing leads and closing telephone sales
• Explain company services and match to identified needs educating client to provide the best value
• Accurately record and maintain detailed records of customer interaction and sales activities
• Experience preferred but not required as training will be provided
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Must be able to speak English fluently, additional languages are a plus
• Self-motivated, confident, positive, energetic, professional and team-oriented attitude
• Requires excellent time management and exceptional customer service skills
• Continuously upgrading skill and knowledge set of sales procedures

Benefits:

• Commission-based
