In-Home Sales Representative

Position Overview We’re looking for a driven, coachable, and process-oriented In-Home Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners, diagnose their needs, educate them on our premium home exterior solutions, and guide them through a clear, transparent, consultative sales experience. This is not a high-pressure sales environment. We price fairly, don’t pressure homeowners into decisions, and don’t chase unqualified opportunities.

You’ll meet with homeowners on company-provided, pre-set appointments, execute a consultative sales process, and work within a development-focused team culture built on discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.
