Job Description Job Description We are seeking motivated individuals eager to join our expanding sales team as In Home Sales Consultants. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive, paid training is provided both in-person and on the job. This role focuses on representing home improvement products through an appointments-only sales process, offering local travel and the opportunity to grow within a supportive, goal-driven environment.

Sales appointments are warm leads that homeowners have scheduled for a sales consultant to present Leafguard. Commissions are uncapped with extra opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities Engage actively in sales activities to meet targets Interact professionally with customers to understand and fulfill their home improvement needs Participate fully in classroom and on-the-job training programs Set personal and team goals to drive performance Collaborate effectively within a small sales team Travel locally to attend scheduled appointments Preferred Qualifications 1+ years in sales experience High School Diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills Reliability and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Company Description Platform Enterprises is a Marketing and Sales firm founded in 2018.
