IMS Engineer

Summary: We are seeking a skilled IMS Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial for enhancing our network infrastructure and ensuring optimal performance of our IMS systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our operations and driving innovation within the business.

Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain IMS architecture and components. Minimum 3–5 years of experience working on Ericsson IMS core network technologies, including VoLTE, SIP, and network integration/support. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IMS services and applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise network performance. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure reliability and efficiency. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and team members.

Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in IMS technology. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IMS engineering or a similar role. Strong understanding of telecommunications protocols and standards. Proficiency in network design and troubleshooting.

Experience with VoIP and multimedia services. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
