About The Role

About the role

We're hiring an Implementation Manager to lead a small on-site technical team supporting a hyperscale data centre operator in Santiago. You'll be the on-the-ground lead for a team of field technicians, owning delivery, performance, and client relationship management for the site, while reporting into a remote leadership team.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and schedule a team of data centre field technicians across multiple sites in Santiago.
  • Own delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs, and drive root‑cause fixes when targets are missed.
  • Run weekly performance reviews with the client and contribute to monthly business reviews with leadership.
  • Be the trusted on-site point of contact, managing day‑to‑day operations with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Coordinate resourcing, elevate blockers, and ensure full compliance with client operating procedures and safety standards.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience managing technical teams within a data centre or comparable critical‑infrastructure environment — this is essential, not preferred.
  • Strong project management expertise, with a track record of managing KPIs/SLAs in an operational setting.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written (hard requirement).
  • A confident, trustworthy communicator, comfortable being client‑facing and managing a team with light‑touch remote oversight.
  • Able to hit the ground running — this is not a training‑up role.

What’s on offer

  • Competitive salary, benchmarked to the Santiago market for this role.
  • A high‑autonomy leadership role with direct client visibility.
  • The chance to build and run a team inside a world‑class, mission‑critical technical environment.

This role is being hired through Workfully on behalf of our client, a global technology infrastructure services provider. Client identity will be shared later in the process.
