Implementation Engineer

About the Role We’re now looking for a Senior Implementation Engineer who loves hands-on technical work and enjoys delivering real value to customers.

Responsibilities Deploy, configure, and integrate Motadata solutions at customer environments Design and implement monitoring, logging, and service desk solutions Gather customer requirements and align solutions with business needs Collaborate with internal teams (DevOps, Support, Product) for seamless delivery Create and maintain implementation documentation, standards, and user guides Provide customer training and post-implementation support Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution during implementation Qualifications 4–9 years of experience in IT implementation / system integration roles Required Skills Hands-on experience with tools like Motadata, ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Grafana, ELK, Zoho Service Desk, Kibana Experience with on-premise and cloud-based deployments Strong understanding of network concepts (DMZ, firewalls, secure zones) Familiarity with ITIL processes Hands-on experience with Linux servers, Windows, and basic networking Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
