Company Description SEP Immigration is a Canadian immigration firm based in Toronto, Canada, practicing in all areas of Canadian immigration law. The team handles a wide range of matters, including temporary and permanent residency applications, Canadian citizenship applications, and family class applications and appeals. SEP Immigration also manages complex files such as Express Entry (FSW, CEC, PNP), Humanitarian and Compassionate applications, entrepreneurial and investor programs, as well as enforcement and admissibility matters.

The firm represents clients before the Immigration Division and Immigration Appeal Division, guiding individuals and families through each stage of the process. SEP Immigration is dedicated to helping clients find their best path to Canada in a manner that is simple, efficient, and professional.


Job description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage client cases through all stages.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide updates.
  • Evaluate and ensure accuracy of client applications.
  • Request and process additional information as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and update cases accordingly.
  • Record and track progress of client files.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in case management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with case management software and office tools.
  • Experience in a client-focused or immigration services environment is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Requirements: Minimum 2-year experience working in immigration or law related industry;

  • Working knowledge of Canadian immigration law, policies, and regulation;

Salary: 20 CAD to 25 CAD based on experience

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • North York, reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)


Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Immigration consultant or related experience

Experience:

  • Immigration law: 2 years (required)


Language:

  • Persian (Required)
  • English (Fluency required)
