THE ROLE The role of IM/IT Business Analysis Manager focuses on leading the Business Analysts and providing essential services to projects and divisions. This includes establishing tools, governance, and methodologies to ensure effective project execution and alignment with business objectives.
The manager is responsible for developing a roadmap for the Business Analyst service, evaluating business and technical requirements, and creating IM/IT solutions. Additionally, the role involves ensuring the usability, scalability, and reliability of software and hardware, liaising with architects and development teams, and presenting feasibility studies and business cases. The manager also collaborates on system designs and project plans, reviews application usability, assists with testing plans to ensure requirements traceability.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or a related field AND several years of experience in an IM/IT related environment. Experience In software development In scope and change management. In technical documentation In creating technical presentations, such as feasibility studies, business cases and cost-benefit analysis In application integration and delivery challenges In multi-technology environments In personnel administration Competencies, Skills and Abilities Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
