Identity Platform Engineer (IAM)
Kraków | Hybrid (6 days/month in the office)
B2B or UoP via Antal
up to 220 PLN net/hour (B2B)
Join a global technology transformation programme focused on modern Identity & Access Management. You'll design and develop secure, cloud-native identity platforms supporting enterprise-scale authentication, authorization, and identity services.

What We're Looking For
- Strong software engineering background
- Experience with cloud-native applications, APIs, and microservices
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
- Understanding of IAM concepts and protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM)
- Experience with DevSecOps and secure software development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to have: Experience with Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, SailPoint, Entra ID, CyberArk, Policy-as-Code, or enterprise cloud transformation programmes.
