ICT Business Analyst

We are looking for an ICT Business Analyst to work with our technology clients to identify business needs, analyse processes, and translate requirements into technical solutions. Full-time permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Consult with clients to identify and document business and system requirements
• - Analyse existing processes and recommend technology improvements
• - Develop business cases, functional specifications, and process documentation
• - Liaise between client stakeholders and technical delivery teams
• - Support testing, implementation, and change management activities
• - Monitor and evaluate system performance against business objectives

Requirements:

• - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a business or systems analyst role
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• - Experience with requirements documentation, process mapping, or Agile methodologies
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• - Experience working in a consulting or client services environment desirable
