Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM or related fields. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, Information Technology or a related field. In-depth knowledge of IAM technologies, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory).

Proficiency in IAM technologies such as Sailpoint. Strong understanding of security principles, standards, and best practices in the context of IAM. Proven ability to manage IAM projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, and post-deployment support.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues. Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring technical teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
