Your Responsibilities: •Embrace a modern DevOps culture and agile working methods to enhance collaboration and efficiency. •Engage in cross-team deployment and work within cross-functional teams to drive project success. •Participate in discussion groups and expert circles, contributing to our Community of Practice (CoP). •Independently ideate, develop, and implement identity & access management solutions using One Identity, tailored for the enterprise environment. Your Qualifications: •At least 5 years of relevant IT experience with a strong customer focus, service, and service delivery mindset. •Solid IT experience with a strong customer focus, service, and service delivery mindset. •Profound knowledge in developing extensions for One Identity (version 8 or higher) using VB(.NET). •Extensive experience with IAM solutions in an enterprise environment, including Zero Trust Security. •Proficient in both back-end and front-end development. •In-depth knowledge of SQL, including hybrid technology, as well as Active Directory and common directory services (LDAP, Azure, AWS, Google). •Strong technical understanding and interest in governance processes. •Experience with agile methods and ways of working (e.g., Kanban, DevOps) and a passion for knowledge transfer.
