What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation)
• Perform routine maintenance and tune‑ups
• Communicate clearly with customers and explain technical information in a friendly way
• Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
• Coordinate with dispatch and customer service for efficient scheduling
• Train and mentor apprentices or junior techs
• Complete accurate work orders, invoices, and service documentation

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
• EPA Certification (required) – NATE Certification a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professionalism – neat appearance, punctual, and respectful
• Self‑motivated, team‑oriented, and dependable
• Positive, can‑do attitude
