EPA certification required 3+ years of HVAC service technician experience 2+ years of HVAC installation experience 2+ years of leadership or management experience in HVAC or related field Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities Proven ability to track and improve performance metrics Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and repair Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and GPS tools Valid driver’s license Allred is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
