Job Description:
- Residential Sales for new and existing customers
- Meet with current and potential customers to evaluate and present options for new or replacement HVAC systems/components
- Be committed to relationship selling and earn repeat business
- Meet and exceed sales goals
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has prior experience in outside sales
- Is a dependable self-starter
- Is an outside sales professional with experience in a one-call-close
- Provides exceptional customer service
- Is motivated and has a drive to sell
- Wants to learn new ideas, methods and perspectives
- Can withstand heat conditions, climb ladders and/or go into attics (if applicable)
- Must have valid drivers license and be able to pass pre-employment background check
