Annual base pay of $85,000 - $110,000, based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Full-time, long-term position with a growing organization Opportunity to manage multifamily construction projects ranging from $2.5M to $5M Career advancement opportunities as the multifamily division continues to expand Consistent project pipeline with ongoing work Primarily on-site role based in Manassas, VA Local travel within a 30 to 40-mile radius throughout the Virginia and DC metro area Why You'll Love It Here Established company serving customers throughout Virginia since 2010 Leadership team that stays involved and supports project success Opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of a thriving multifamily division Team-oriented environment where collaboration and accountability matter Direct access to decision-makers Exposure to large, complex projects that strengthen your technical and leadership skills Your New Role Manage ground-up multifamily HVAC construction projects in Manassas, VA, and surrounding areas Oversee podium and mixed-use developments ranging from 350 to 450 units Utilize Procore to manage schedules, budgets, project documentation, and communication Coordinate with field personnel, trade partners, and internal teams to support project goals Track project timelines, costs, and resource allocation Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to company leadership Ensure projects align with applicable safety requirements, building codes, and project specifications Identify potential project challenges and implement solutions to keep work moving forward Manage multiple active projects while maintaining organization and attention to detail Serve as a dependable leader who communicates clearly and supports team success Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience. Minimum 5 years of HVAC project management experience Experience within mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing construction trades High school diploma or equivalent Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project execution Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams Ability to work independently and take ownership of project outcomes Valid driver's license Authorization to work in the United States MEP Home Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
