Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience Proven experience leading residential retrofit installation crews Strong understanding of airflow, duct design, static pressure, and HVAC system performance Ability to install and commission complete residential HVAC systems Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills Valid driver's license Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions EPA Certification preferred NATE Certification preferred Experience with inverter systems, Mitsubishi equipment, Carrier Infinity systems, or other high-end residential HVAC systems preferred Brazing and advanced HVAC troubleshooting experience preferred Experience with load calculations and HVAC system design concepts preferred HVAC Cowboys is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
