An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Manager to join a planning-led SME based in Farringdon for this role and across the UK. Working alongside experienced town planners and other Built Environment specialists, you will play a key role in delivering People Management.

THE HEADLINES:

Title: HR Manager

Experience required: 5 years + CIPD Level 5 (Level 7 desirable)

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

Location: London

Type of Company: Planning-led SME

Hybrid working: Yes (3 days in London)

WHO ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

The ideal candidate will have substantial generalist HR experience across employee relations, absence management, performance, recruitment and providing advice to managers, alongside experience managing and developing an HR team and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience handling complex ER matters is essential, as is a proven track record of improving HR services, processes, controls and ways of working. You should have experience using HR systems and people data, including improving reporting and using data-driven insight, as well as experience with payroll governance, controls and working with payroll providers and Finance teams.

Experience delivering recruitment and improving recruitment processes is also required, alongside HRIS procurement, implementation or migration and payroll supplier transition or process redesign. Experience within professional services or another knowledge-based business, and developing an HRBP or advisory model, would be desirable.
