Human Resources Manager

HR Manager Wednesbury Full Time, 40 hours per week 12 Month Contract £45,000 - £50,000 Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact within a growing business? We are recruiting for an HR Manager to take ownership of the HR function, providing both strategic and operational support across the organisation. This is a varied role where you'll work closely with managers and stakeholders, driving employee engagement, supporting business growth and ensuring HR best practice is embedded throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the HR function, supporting managers and employees across all areas of HR Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management and employment legislation Support recruitment activities, ensuring the attraction and retention of high-quality talent Assist with payroll processes and employee benefits administration Monitor and report on HR KPIs, providing insights to support business decision-making Design and deliver management development and HR training programmes Support organisational change, business improvement initiatives and company growth plans Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all departments Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies and HR best practice Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture About You Previous experience in a HR Manager position CIPD Level 5 qualified Strong HR generalist background with employee relations experience Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice Experience supporting organisational growth and change initiatives Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong commercial awareness and business acumen Coaching, influencing and problem-solving abilities Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a successful business and play a key role in supporting its continued growth and development.
