Are you an experienced HR Manager looking for a role where you can take ownership, influence senior stakeholders and make a genuine impact?

We’re working with an established international business that is looking for an HR Manager to lead the UK HR function on a fixed term basis.

This is a broad and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys being a hands-on HR Business Partner and working closely with managers across the business.

What will you be doing?

✔️ Managing the day-to-day HR function

✔️ Advising managers on employee relations, performance and HR best practice

✔️ Managing recruitment and onboarding

✔️ Leading the annual performance management process

✔️ Supporting talent, succession and workforce planning

✔️ Driving employee engagement and training initiatives

✔️ Ensuring HR compliance, including Right to Work

✔️ Supporting Health & Safety and employee wellbeing

✔️ Providing HR reporting and insight to senior stakeholders

✔️ Working with international HR teams on wider projects

About you

We're looking for an experienced HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist with:

5+ years' HR experience

CIPD Level 5

Strong UK employment law and employee relations knowledge

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

A confident, practical and solutions-focused approach

Experience working across a broad HR remit

Experience within retail, FMCG, consumer or an international/matrix organisation would be advantageous.
