Role: HR Manager Working Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad Working Model: 5 days Onsite / WFO Salary: Depends on Experience Mandatory Industry experience: IT Staffing / Recruitment (or) IT/ Software Development Company Experience Level: Min 8 - Max 15 Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong exposure to the Staffing/Recruitment or IT/Software industry. The role requires hands-on expertise in end-to-end recruitment, Indian labour law compliance, payroll, statutory management (TDS, GST, PF, ESI), and development of HR policies and procedures. The candidate will manage complete HR operations while supporting business growth and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment & Staffing: Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT, non-IT, contract, and permanent staffing requirements Handle manpower planning, job postings, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding Coordinate with clients, hiring managers, and recruitment teams for timely closures Manage vendor empanelment, contract staffing, and third-party recruitment partners Maintain recruitment metrics, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards HR Operations & Policies: Manage complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, performance management, transfers, and exits Draft, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, employee handbook, and compliance documents Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and domestic inquiries Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives Labour Law & Statutory Compliance (India): Ensure compliance with all applicable Indian labour laws, including: Shops & Establishment Act Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act Industrial Disputes Act Payment of Wages, Minimum Wages, Bonus & Gratuity Acts Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) & Employees’ State Insurance (ESI) Handle labour inspections, audits, and coordination with labour authorities Maintain statutory registers, returns, and compliance documentation Payroll, TDS & GST Management: Oversee payroll processing for permanent and contract employees Ensure accurate calculation and timely deposit of TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and Labour Welfare Fund Manage TDS filings, Form 16, Form 24Q, and coordination with finance/CA Coordinate GST compliance related to staffing invoices, manpower supply, consultants, and vendors Support statutory and financial audits Compliance, MIS & Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports Maintain HR MIS, headcount reports, attrition analysis, and statutory dashboards Ensure audit readiness for HR, payroll, and statutory compliance Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s/master's degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, or related field 8–15 years of HR experience in Staffing/Recruitment or IT/Software companies Strong working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and contract staffing Hands-on experience with payroll, TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and labour compliances Experience working with HRMS, ATS, and payroll systems Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of staffing business models and IT hiring Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail and compliance orientation Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Leadership and team management skills Preferred (Nice to Have): Experience handling large contract workforce Exposure to multiple state compliances in India Prior experience in audits and labour inspections If you are looking for any new opportunity, please share your resume to [email protected] or contact me at 8074588914 .
