Human Resource Manager, North America Onsite | Doraville, GA Full-Time Confidential Search $90,000 – $105,000 annually About the Opportunity We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced and driven Human Resource Manager to support HR operations across North America for a growing organization within the live events and experiential industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment and enjoys building strong teams, improving processes, and supporting organizational growth. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with experience managing employee relations, HR operations, talent acquisition, and compliance across the U.S. and Canada.

Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role will play a key part in shaping employee experience, supporting business objectives, and fostering a positive workplace culture. What You’ll Do Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employee integration Partner with department leaders to support workforce planning and hiring strategies Help attract and retain top talent across North America Employee Relations & Culture Serve as the primary HR resource for employees across the U.S. and Canada Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and people-first culture Handle employee concerns, investigations, conflict resolution, and workplace matters professionally and confidentially Support employee engagement and organizational communication initiatives HR Operations & Compliance Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian employment laws and HR best practices Partner with internal stakeholders on payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and policy administration Support process improvements and HR operational efficiency Performance Management & Development Support performance management initiatives and employee development programs Identify training and development opportunities that support organizational growth and employee engagement Strategic HR Partnership Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals Contribute to organizational growth, culture development, and people strategy initiatives What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of progressive HR management experience Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian labor laws and HR practices Experience managing employee relations, HR operations, and talent acquisition Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills Experience with HRIS systems, payroll administration, and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications Experience within events, hospitality, entertainment, or other fast-paced operational environments Experience with ADP and/or Connecteam SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification preferred Experience supporting remote and hybrid teams Why Join This Opportunity?
