About you

  • Minimum of 7+ years post-qualified experience gained in consulting or corporate role
  • Strong expertise in organisational design, change management, and HR strategy
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale change programmes and operating model design
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
  • Relevant qualifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, and Prosci (desirable)
  • Degree educated with strong analytical and project management abilities
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with HR technology / ERP systems (preferred)

  • Lead and deliver complex HR and organisational change projects, ensuring strategic alignment
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams and project budgets to achieve high-quality outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop innovative solutions and drive transformation initiatives
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders across sectors, fostering strong relationships
  • Contribute to practice growth through proposal development, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing
  • Support the design and delivery of HR operating models, workforce planning, and culture reviews
