HRIS Business Analyst in North Vancouver

Take on a 9-month contract as an HRIS Business Analyst with an industry leader in North Vancouver. Collaborate closely with a dedicated team to advance Workday capabilities. This contract role requires a skilled Business Analyst to work with the People Systems team during a transformative period.

You will partner with People & Culture stakeholders, assessing current processes and defining future-state workflows. Key activities include documenting business requirements, facilitating workshops, and conducting gap analysis. Key Responsibilities: • Support the People Systems team with HRIS advancements • Document business requirements and current workflows • Conduct workshops and interviews for process assessment • Assist in process mapping and gap analysis • Partner with stakeholders to create future-state processes Requirements: • 2+ years of Business Analyst experience • Experience with HR, People & Culture, or HRIS • Strong facilitation and workshop skills • Knowledge of Workday or similar HR systems • Ability to document processes effectively Drive Workday improvements and enhance people processes with your expertise as an HRIS Business Analyst. #J-18808-Ljbffr
