Job Description An HRIS Analyst role focused on supporting the design, implementation and optimisation of HRIS platforms (particularly Workday) and improving end‑to‑end HR processes. The role partners closely with HR, Payroll and Finance to translate HR requirements into effective system and process solutions, supporting HR transformation across multiple regions.\n\nClient Details\n\nWe're supporting a large, complex organisation to recruit an HRIS Analyst. This is a broad, hands‑on position supporting significant HR systems and operating model change across the UK and Nordic regions.\nThe role plays a key part in the design and implementation of Workday, supporting business change requests, documenting end‑to‑end HR processes and working closely with HR, Finance and Payroll colleagues.

You'll also support the transition of HR Shared Services to Romania, helping to embed new ways of working and ensure effective knowledge transfer.\n\nDescription\n\nSupport the design, implementation and optimisation of HR systems, with a strong focus on Workday\nGather, document and translate HR business requirements into clear system and process specifications\nMap and improve end‑to‑end HR processes (hire‑to‑retire, onboarding, employee lifecycle, case management)\nSupport HR system change across platforms such as Workday, PeopleXD, Sympa, Cornerstone and onboarding tools\nAct as a bridge between HR teams and technical partners to assess and prioritise HR system change requests\nSupport the transition and optimisation of HR Shared Services, including documentation, knowledge transfer and training\nWork closely with Finance and Payroll Business Analysts to support system integration and data accuracy\nProduce clear process documentation, playbooks and guidance to support adoption and consistency \n\nProfile\n\nYou'll bring demonstrable experience working with HR systems and HR processes, ideally within a multi‑region or shared services environment.\n\nEssential experience:\n\nProven experience as an HR Systems Business Analyst / HRIS Analyst\nHands‑on exposure to HRIS platforms (Workday highly desirable; PeopleXD, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors also relevant)\nStrong understanding of HR operational processes and the employee lifecycle\nExperience translating HR requirements into system and process solutions\nConfident working directly with HR teams, not just IT stakeholdersDesirable:\n\nWorkday design or implementation experience\nHR Shared Services or offshoring exposure\nPayroll or finance system integration experience\n\nJob Offer\n\nBased in Birmingham City Centre with occasional travel to London, Leeds and Romania\nNo people management responsibility\n£50,000-£60,000 \n37.5 hours per week\nTwo‑stage interview process (Teams interview followed by a presentation)\nIf you're an experiencedHRIS Analyst who enjoys working at pace andsupportinglarge‑scale HR transformation, this is a great opportunity to make real impact
