Job Description

Position Title: HRIS Analyst Location: Wayne, PA Assignment Type: Contract (3–6 months) Compensation: $50-60/hr Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, Flexible Hours On-Site or Hybrid: On-Site or Remote Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). An Addison Group client is looking for an HRIS Analyst to support a critical system stabilization and optimization initiative. This role will focus on rebuilding system integrity, improving functionality, and training internal users to ensure long-term success.

Job Responsibilities: Assess current HRIS environment and identify system gaps, inefficiencies, and integrity issues Perform system clean-up, including auditing and correcting employee data, workflows, and configurations Build out and optimize system structure, including user roles, permissions, and access levels Lead configuration and enhancement of document management processes within the HRIS (Paycom preferred) Troubleshoot system issues where changes may impact other functionalities; ensure stability across modules Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions Rebuild and standardize workflows to improve system performance and user experience Conduct 1:1 and group training sessions with employees and managers on system functionality and best practices Develop documentation, SOPs, and user guides to support ongoing system use Provide ongoing support during and after implementation to ensure adoption and proper utilization Requirements: Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst supporting system implementation, optimization, or rebuilds Strong experience with HRIS platforms such as Paycom, ADP, UKG, Kronos, or similar systems Hands‑on experience with system configuration, permissions, workflows, and data integrity management Experience performing system clean‑up and resolving complex system interdependencies Ability to lead HRIS build‑outs from assessment through implementation and training Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to train non‑technical users Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a contract environment Experience in fast‑paced or evolving environments preferred Why choose Addison Group?
