Title: Human resources Operations Specialist Location: Mumbai Experience Level: 8-12 Years Work format: Full time work from office role Work timings: Candidates should be open to work in rotational work shifts to cover different Geographies. Key Skills: HR Operations Compensation & Benefits HRIS Workday SAP SuccessFactors Employee lifecycle Key Responsibilities: Acts as a seasoned subject matter expert in various HR processes, including, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding. Identifies opportunities for streamlining HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize workflows and HR operations.
Ensures HR activities and processes are in full compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Utilizes HR data to generate insights, trends, and metrics that inform decision-making and drive improvements. Accountable for organizational change initiatives within HR operations, providing guidance to employees during transitions.
Works across other departments to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and ensure seamless operations. Works on relevant HRIS software for data management, reporting, and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS. Performs any other related task as required.
Knowledge and Attributes: Seasoned understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices across various functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding. Seasoned understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and guide decision-making. Seasoned understanding of HRIS software and tools for efficient data management, reporting, and analytics.
Seasoned ability to use change management concepts to guide employees through organizational transitions. Seasoned understanding of analyzing HR data to generate meaningful insights and present key metrics to inform strategic decisions. Seasoned proficiency in handling complex employee relations matters and conflict resolution through effective communication and mediation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex HR concepts to diverse audiences. Seasoned analytical skills to identify HR challenges, propose solutions, and make informed decisions. Ability to lead HR projects from inception to completion, managing resources, timelines, and deliverables.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, HR leadership, and external partners to achieve common goals. Seasoned understanding of HR data, identifying trends, and drawing meaningful insights. Academic Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the field of Human Resources or related.
