Role Overview Designation: HR Operations Manager Experience: 9+ Years Location : Ahmedabad Notice Period: Max 1 Month The Operations HR Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth, compliant, and highâquality execution of core HR operations across all three company locations. This role manages payroll coordination, onboarding and offboarding processes, HRIS data integrity, background verification workflows, and supports USâtimeâzone coverage as needed. The ideal candidate is detailâoriented, processâdriven, and comfortable managing highâvolume operational tasks with accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities Payroll & Compliance Manage endâtoâend payroll processing for all three locations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements. Maintain payroll records, audits, and documentation in alignment with internal and external compliance standards. Background Verification (BGV) Coordinate background verification checks with external vendors.
Track completion, resolve discrepancies, and ensure all new hires meet company compliance requirements. Onboarding (Offer to Day 1) Own the full onboarding lifecycle, including offer issuance, documentation, preâjoining checks, Dayâ1 readiness, and system setup. Partner with hiring managers and IT to ensure a seamless newâhire experience.
Offboarding & Exit Management Manage exit formalities including resignation processing, documentation, system deactivation, and final settlement coordination. Conduct exit interviews and maintain accurate attrition records. HRIS & Data Integrity Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS (KEKA) across all employment stages.
Ensure data integrity, compliance documentation, and timely updates for audits and reporting. Generate reports and dashboards as needed for HR and business stakeholders. KEKA System Administration Manage updates, workflows, and data changes in KEKA.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with the vendor or IT for resolution. US Coverage Provide HR operational support during US hours as needed, including coordination with US HR teams and handling timeâsensitive tasks. Qualifications Bachelorâs degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 7-8 years of HR operations experience, preferably in a multiâlocation environment.
Strong understanding of payroll processes, HRIS systems (KEKA preferred), and compliance requirements. Excellent attention to detail, documentation discipline, and process orientation. Ability to manage highâvolume tasks with accuracy and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholderâmanagement skills across time zones.
