Job Description Job Description We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist/Payroll Analyst immediately. This role is based in Century City and is a contract position with the possibility of moving into a full-time role. This role is ideal for a detail-focused HR team member who can balance payroll support, employee administration, and recruiting coordination in a fast-moving onsite environment.

The position will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting employee programs, and helping day-to-day HR operations run smoothly across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and will be ready to take the next step in their HR career. This position is onsite daily.

Responsibilities: • Administer payroll support activities across multiple entities, working closely with external payroll partners to help ensure timely and accurate processing. • Review payroll information, identify discrepancies, assist with corrections, and prepare related reports to maintain data integrity. • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and administrative files with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. • Coordinate onboarding by managing paperwork, entering employee information into systems, and supporting a smooth start for incoming team members. • Track leave of absence requests and manage related documentation to support compliance and consistent recordkeeping. • Provide operational support throughout the employee lifecycle, including status updates, review tracking, and other core HR processes. • Support performance review activities by monitoring timelines, following up on required actions, and helping managers and employees complete deadlines. • Assist with recruiting logistics, including interview coordination, onboarding administration, and support for planned headcount growth. • Help organize the summer internship program by coordinating schedules, supporting engagement activities, and ensuring participants have appropriate assignments. • Partner with teams across the business to deliver consistent HR and payroll administration and assist with outsourced payroll workflows as needed. • 3–5 years of experience in human resources, payroll administration, or a blended HR/payroll position. • Hands-on experience supporting payroll processing, payroll audits, and payroll-related reporting. • Background in onboarding, employee documentation management, and leave of absence administration. • Proficiency with Paycom and/or ADP are strongly preferred. • Experience working with outsourced payroll providers or vendor-supported payroll environments. • Knowledge of California payroll practices is strongly preferred. • Ability to manage sensitive information discreetly while staying highly organized in a fast-paced onsite setting. • Strong communication and follow-through skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with employees, managers, HR, and payroll partners.
