From troubleshooting issues to supporting upgrades and integrations, you'll help create a seamless digital HR experience\n\nDescription\n\nYou will play a key role across HR, IT and the wider business translating ideas into scalable solutions and ultimately shaping business growth:\n\nPartner with HR and IT to troubleshoot, enhance, and optimise HR systems\nTranslate business needs into clear, actionable system requirements\nIdentify inefficiencies and drive smarter, automated solutions\nSupport system upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvements\nIdentify pain points and implement automation and efficiency gains\nBuild process maps, SOPs, and scalable operating models\nImprove service delivery through better SLAs, workflows, and self-service\nIntegrate acquired businesses into HR systems, processes, and data structures \n\nWhat success looks like\n\nTangible improvements in HR efficiency and automation\nHigh-quality, trusted data driving better business decisions\nSeamless delivery of HR system changes and transformations\nStrong, credible relationships with senior stakeholders\nClear, accurate, and impactful reporting and insights \n\nProfile\n\nA successful HR Business Analyst should have:\n\nProven experience as an HR Business Analyst (or similar)\nStrong track record of HR systems, process optimisation, and transformation\nConfident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams\nAbility to translate complex business needs into practical solutions\nExperience with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday, SAP, PeopleXD, Sympa)\nStrong analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and governanceKnowledge of HR Shared Services, case management, and automation\nExperience in M&A or business integration is a plusJob Offer\n\nCompetitive salary ranging from ยฃ50,000 to ยฃ60,000 per annum.\nExcellent benefits package to support your professional and personal needs.\nHybrid (occasional travel to office)\nPermanent position offering stability and career growth opportunities.\nCollaborative and professional working environment.If you are ready to take on the role of HR Business Analyst in the business services industry, we encourage you to apply and join a reputable organisation committed to excellence
