Your new role
As HR Advisor, you will provide senior-level HR consultancy support to a portfolio of clients from the Belfast base. You will advise organisations on complex employee relations matters, lead processes including TUPE and redundancy, and turn technical employment-practice knowledge into clear, commercially sensible recommendations. This is an autonomous, client-facing role where you will build trusted relationships, lead meetings and manage assignments from initial diagnosis through to implementation and outcome.

What you'll need to succeed

• Significant experience in a broad HR advisory, business partnering or consultancy role.
• Demonstrable ownership of complex employee relations matters from start to finish.
• Strong practical experience of TUPE and redundancy processes, including consultation and documentation.
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and the judgement to translate it into pragmatic client advice.
• Confidence advising and constructively challenging senior stakeholders in a client-facing environment.
• The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and adapt to travel or changing client requirements.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a fixed salary of £40,000-£42,000 and the opportunity to join a permanent, senior-level position based in Belfast.
