ABOUT PROMOM Promom is on a mission to make motherhood easier. We build smart feeding and pumping products including wearable breast pumps, sterilizers, and bottle warmers, designed for the modern Indian mom. We are one of the fastest growing mother care brands in India and are building the team that will take us to the next level. LOCATION Based out of our main office in Noida. Some travel to and coordination with our Lucknow office will be required. THE ROLE You will own all people operations at Promom, from offer letters to onboarding, payroll, compliance, and statutory registrations. You will also support hiring coordination for all roles across our Noida and Lucknow offices. This is a hybrid role to begin with, with a mix of remote and in-office work, based out of Noida. As the team grows, it will move to a full on-site, in-office role, so you should be comfortable working primarily from the Noida office over time.

The role will also involve occasional travel to coordinate with our Lucknow office. WHAT YOU WILL OWN Recruitment coordination with agencies and direct channels Offer letters, employment agreements, and onboarding documentation Monthly payroll processing and coordination with finance POSH compliance, Shops & Establishment, PF, ESI, and statutory filings Office admin and vendor management across both offices WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 3 to 5 years in HR at a startup, not a large corporate Has independently managed payroll and statutory compliance Knows POSH, Shops & Establishment, PF, ESI, and basic labour law Comfortable being the only HR person in the room and building from scratch Bonus: has set up HR at a Series A or pre-Series B company before Noida (Hybrid/In-Office) ยท โ‚น10โ€“12L CTC
