In business, first impressions matter, and you will be our guests' first impression of our restaurant, in person or on the phone.

Responsibilities during shift Seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner Manage reservations Maintain a wait list to ensure a smooth first come, first served rotation Clean & sanitize tables, booths, chairs & menus between seating Assist servers & bartenders with delivery of food and beverages Answer all incoming calls in polite and helpful manner Take to go orders over the phone Enter orders in precisely and accurately Handle closing of tabs and cash management Help customers over the phone to find the restaurant Talk intelligently about our menu and operation Deliver to go items to cars for curbside delivery Help to ensure overall restaurant cleanliness and sanitation Help to set coworkers up for success Work schedule Weekend availability Monday to Friday Night shift Supplemental pay Tips Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Employee discount
