Requirements Pay: Base pay is $13 an hour plus $5 an hour in tips Greet all guest with a smile and make all guests feel welcomed at the restaurant Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion Perform other restaurant duties as assigned Answer phones Walk guests to their tables Roll silverware Coordinate seating Interact with guests professionally Lift and carry menus Light cleaning Restroom checks Featured item board updates Exterior menu box updates Must be able to take Take Out orders, and ring them in correctly. Open doors for guests as the come in and exit the building. Host Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with guests Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to understand and speak English; able to read written instructions in English Able to communicate well Positive attitude Able to work under pressure Able to effectively solve problems Able to analyze information Able to meet deadlines Must work with a sense of urgency PM22
