We're looking for a Hospital Audit Lead to drive our hospital audit capability, strengthen provider compliance, and deliver payment integrity outcomes across our hospital network. This is an opportunity to combine your healthcare expertise, leadership capability and passion for continuous improvement to influence outcomes that matter to our customers, providers and business. You'll also help shape the future of audit through innovation, data-led insights and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.

What you'll do\n

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of hospital auditors.
\n
• Oversee hospital audits to identify claiming risks, benefit leakage and contractual non-compliance.
\n
• Deliver insights and reporting that support business decisions and provider performance improvements.
\n
• Partner with Clinical, Analytics, Legal, Risk and Provider Relationship teams.
\n
• Drive innovation through AI, automation and enhanced audit controls.
\n

About you\n

\n
• Demonstrated leadership experience within healthcare, audit or payment integrity.
\n
• Qualifications in Health Information Management or a related discipline.
\n
• Strong expertise in ICD-10-AM/ACHI, DRGs, hospital funding and claiming practices.
\n
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Passion for continuous improvement, technology and better health outcomes.
\n
