Location: Rohini, Delhi (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1โ€“5 Years Industry: Study Abroad | Overseas Education | Higher Education About the Role We are looking for an experienced USA Undergraduate College Admissions Counsellor to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the U.S. undergraduate admissions process and experience mentoring students applying to highly selective, selective, and state universities across the United States. You will work closely with students from Grades 9โ€“12 and their families, helping them build competitive college applications and navigate every stage of the U.S. admissions journey.

Key Responsibilities Counsel students and parents on undergraduate admissions to U.S. colleges and universities. Assess student academic profiles, extracurricular achievements, and career aspirations to create personalized college application strategies. Develop balanced university lists, including Reach, Match, and Safety schools.

Guide students through the entire U.S. admissions process, including: Common Application University-specific applications Early Decision (ED) Early Action (EA) Restrictive Early Action (REA) Regular Decision (RD) Rolling Admissions Mentor students on: Personal Statement Supplemental Essays Activities List Resume Letters of Recommendation strategy Advise students on profile building, leadership, research, internships, community service, and extracurricular activities. Guide students on standardized testing requirements including SAT, ACT, TOEFL, IELTS, and Duolingo English Test. Support students with scholarship and financial aid applications, including merit scholarships and CSS Profile guidance.

Monitor application deadlines and ensure timely submission of all documents. Communicate with students and parents throughout the admission cycle. Maintain accurate records using CRM and internal systems.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree. 3โ€“7 years of experience in U.S. undergraduate admissions counselling. Strong expertise in the U.S. higher education system and admissions process. Outstanding written and spoken English.

Strong counselling, mentoring, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience counselling students for admission to universities such as: Harvard University Stanford University Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Cornell University New York University (NYU) University of California (UC System) Carnegi Mellon Purdue University University of Michigan Georgia Institute of Technology Northeastern University Boston University University of Southern California (USC) What We're Looking For Passion for student mentoring and higher education. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple student applications.
