What you will do
As a High-Tech Assembly Technician, no two days are exactly the same. In a nutshell, you will:
- Perform multi-disciplinary assembly tasks, combining mechanical, electrical, and software-adjacent elements.
- Use hand tools, power screwdrivers, and torque wrenches to accurately assemble modules and systems.
- Route and bundle cables and wire harnesses with great precision.
- Execute testing and inspection activities to guarantee the highest product quality.
- Report any deviations and actively support continuous quality improvements on the shop floor.
- Follow ESD, safety, and 5S guidelines meticulously to maintain a safe working environment.
Who you are
We are looking for a quality-focused team player with a keen eye for detail. A technical education is not strictly required; your relevant practical experience is equally valued! Furthermore, you bring:
- Experience in assembly, production, manufacturing, or similar hands-on technical work.
- A solid understanding of assembly processes and the ability to read and follow technical instructions.
- Experience working with various hand tools and measurement equipment.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- The willingness to work in a weekly 2-shift schedule (Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:15 / Afternoon shift: 14:15 โ 23:00, with an early weekend start on Fridays at 20:30).
- Good communication skills in English to thrive in our international environment.
