Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced High-Speed Systems Engineer to take technical ownership of a challenging, next-generation hardware platform and play a key role in building a high-performing engineering team around it.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You’ll be expected to operate at both the system level and down in the detail — reviewing architectures, solving complex hardware problems, debugging high-speed interfaces in the lab, and working closely with FPGA and software engineers to bring the complete system together.
What you’ll be responsible for
Technical ownership and system architecture of complex, high-speed platforms
High-speed digital design and complex PCB development
FPGA and high-speed transceiver integration
PCIe, Ethernet, DDR5 and NVMe/M.2 integration
FPGA-to-GPU and high-bandwidth data-path design
Clocking, timing and high-speed interconnects
System integration, validation and hands-on hardware debug
Technical leadership, mentoring and development of the engineering team
Driving technical decisions and solving complex engineering challenges
What we’re looking for
A strong track record of leading technically demanding projects and multidisciplinary engineering teams
Extensive experience in high-speed digital design and complex PCB development
Strong knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity and transmission-line theory
Hands-on experience with several of PCIe, Ethernet, DDR/DDR5 and SerDes
Proven experience taking complex electronic systems through integration, validation and hardware debug
Strong experience with AMD/Xilinx FPGAs
Experience with NVIDIA GPUs and high-performance computing would be highly valuable
A hands-on, technically curious approach with the ability to move comfortably between system architecture and detailed hardware investigation
