What You’ll Do Call and negotiate with homeowners looking to sell Build rapport and uncover seller motivation Analyze property values and estimate repair costs Make cash offers and negotiate win-win deals Work closely with our team to structure profitable transactions Track KPIs, follow scripts, and stay consistent with outreach Manage CRM tasks and follow-up systems This is a high-income skill role — everything will be taught, and the potential for growth is unlimited.
