Heavy Equipment Operator - G & P Landfill (Waste Connections) Milford, Nebraska Pay Range: $18 - $20/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays Why Join Us? What You'll Do: As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you'll be a key part of our operations team, responsible for: Operating a variety of heavy equipment including bulldozers, wheel loaders, motor graders, scrapers, and compactors.
Conducting routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure equipment safety and performance. Promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility. Collaborating with customers and team members to resolve service issues in a safe and sustainable way.
What We're Looking For: 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment. Solid understanding of equipment operation and maintenance. Ability to read, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
