Position Summary Branch Civil (BCI) is always searching for skilled, reliable, and experienced construction workers, operators, and professionals to join our well-established, growing company. We have a variety of opportunities throughout Virginia. These future employee-owners will contribute to the Branch's successful completion of projects in the heavy civil construction industry, including highways and site development.

Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly Comply with all BCI, OSHA, or other relevant safety rules and regulations Conduct all business with a professional and respectful attitude Duties/Responsibilities Cont. The position lifts heavy objects, walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects. The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands).

The position requires the ability to quickly move arms and legs. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position which will typically involve 40 hours a week.
