Design & Engineering

Lead end-to-end design activities for Earthing & Grounding Systems and Lightning Protection Systems (LPS) in line with international standards (IEC, IEEE, IS, etc.).

Review, validate, and approve detailed engineering designs, calculations, drawings, and technical documents. Provide technical expertise for complex and large-scale projects across industrial, commercial, and utility sectors.

Ensure optimized and cost-effective designs without compromising safety, quality, or compliance. Software & Technical Tools Utilize and guide the team on CDEGS / ETAP software for grounding, earthing, and safety analysis (knowledge is a strong advantage).

Ensure accuracy of simulations, soil resistivity analysis, touch & step potential calculations, and risk assessments.

Team Leadership & Management Lead, mentor, and groom the design team to build strong technical capability and ownership.

Allocate work, set priorities, monitor deliverables, and ensure adherence to timelines.

Support skill development and continuous technical upskilling of the team. Sales & Customer Support Work closely with the Product Sales and Business Development teams to provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales stages. Participate in technical discussions, customer meetings, and design clarifications to build confidence and trust.

Support preparation of technical proposals, BOQs, drawings, and compliance documents.
