You will be a highlyvisible employee will be responsible for managing Front-End Development,Software QA, Systems Operations, and a team of Back-End Software Engineers, aswell as contributing to the overall direction and leadership of thecompany.

Requirements:
- 10+ years ofsoftware development experience
- 5+ years oftechnical leadership experience, with proven experience managing high-performingtechnical teams
- SignificantObject-Oriented design experience, familiar with DesignPatterns
- Knows how the webworks, can easily build a web server and site fromscratch
- Comfortablediscussing algorithms and data structures
- Experience scalingplatforms to reach high transaction volume
- Experience leadingdevelopment for QA and IT teams
- Proven experiencehiring solid software engineers
- Proven technicalleadership experience
- Passion for solvingcomplex technical and business problems
- Worked in an Agiledevelopment environment
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that thecompany has appropriate Website+Office IT / Systems / Telephony / Support tooperate its business both now and plans for thefuture.
- Ensure that the Software Engineers are writing robust, readable and maintainable code and aremeeting the needs of the Product Team and the business as awhole.
- Ensure that thedevelopment and testing environments meet the needs of the Engineers both nowand into the future.
