Nimbus AI is building the fastest way for companies to create, train, and resell branded conversational and workflow AI agents. Our platform automates data capture, optimization, and deployment, making it simple for teams to turn conversations and workflows into continuously improving, revenue-generating products. The Role We’re looking for a Head of Sales (US) to own and scale Nimbus’s go-to-market motion across the United States.

You’ll be responsible for building pipeline, closing strategic deals, and expanding our partner and enterprise footprint across key US markets. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role: part sales leader, part dealmaker, and part market builder. You’ll work closely with founders, product, and partners to define how Nimbus sells, lands, and expands across the US—especially in complex, regulated environments.

What You’ll Do Own and execute Nimbus’s US sales strategy across enterprise, partner, and reseller channels. Build and close high-value deals with strategic customers and platform partners. Develop repeatable sales motions for white-label, licensing, and reseller offerings.

Work closely with product and engineering to align customer needs with platform capabilities. Establish and track core sales KPIs: pipeline, conversion, ACV, expansion, and retention. Represent Nimbus in the US market—building relationships, credibility, and long‑term trust.

Lay the foundation for future US sales hiring, processes, and playbooks as the team scales. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least some focus on enterprise or platform sales. Experience selling to or through partners, resellers, or ecosystem players.

Comfort operating in regulated or compliance-heavy environments (e.g., insurance, legal, healthcare, fintech). Ability to communicate technical products clearly without being an engineer. Builder mentality: you’re comfortable creating structure where none exists and moving fast in ambiguity.
