Commercial Leader | HealthTech SaaS | Clinical Trials Automation | London (Hybrid) | Up to £200k OTE Are you a hands-on commercial leader with a proven track record selling software into pharma, biotech, or clinical research? We're working exclusively with a fast-scaling London-based HealthTech company whose AI-powered platform is transforming the back office of clinical trials.
Backed by genuine innovation and an industry-leading product suite, they're now ready to bring on a senior commercial leader to drive their next stage of growth. The Opportunity This is a rare player-coach role where you'll personally close enterprise deals while laying the foundations of a scalable sales function. You'll own the full cycle — from outbound through to negotiation and close — and work directly alongside the CEO to shape go-to-market strategy across pharma, biotech, CROs, and NHS.
What We're Looking For 6+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, ideally into pharma, biotech, CROs, or clinical research organisations Demonstrated ability to close enterprise deals with ACVs of £100k–£1M+ Experience scaling a SaaS business at early-to-growth stage (£1M–£100M ARR) Global sales exposure across EMEA, North America, and/or APAC Masters or PhD in Business, STEM, or a related discipline Comfortable running technical demos and selling complex software to multiple buyer types What's on Offer Base salary £80,000–£95,000 + performance bonus (OTE up to £200k) Hybrid working from a London SW1 base 28 days annual leave, pension, and sick pay A genuine seat at the table in a high-growth, mission-driven company This role is for someone who wants to build something meaningful — not just manage it.
