Role Overview
Head of Sales (UK & IE) | London
Head of Sales | London, HQ | Office-based (5 days/week)
We’re looking for an ambitious Head of Sales to lead and scale our UK & Ireland commercial sales organisation from our London HQ. Our commercial team has already grown to 50+ people, and now we’re looking for a sales leader who can take the organisation to the next level. You’ll own day-to-day commercial performance, develop strong sales leaders, raise performance across the team and build the structure and infrastructure needed to support Fresha’s continued growth.
With 400+ hires already delivered this year, we are scaling fast across global markets and functions. You’ll help raise the bar, strengthen how we hire and build upon the talent engine needed to power the future of self care. Fresha’s global sales team recently achieved 110% of target, and you’ll play a key role in building on that success.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys building, improving and making things happen — with the freedom to challenge how we work, introduce new ideas and create approaches that can scale across the wider sales organisation.
What You’ll Do
- Commercial Sales Leadership: Own day-to-day commercial performance across the UK & Ireland, driving revenue, sales targets and accountability. Use your hands‑on sales experience to identify opportunities, improve conversion and keep teams focused on results.
- Team Building & Scaling: Build and grow a high‑performing sales organisation of 50+ people, developing strong sales leaders, attracting great talent and creating the structure needed to support continued growth.
- Performance Management: Set a high‑performance culture across the commercial organisation, creating clarity around expectations, celebrating strong performance and helping teams continuously improve. Provide regular feedback, coaching and support to empower individuals and teams to reach their potential and consistently deliver against ambitious targets.
- Sales Infrastructure: Build and refine the systems, processes, reporting and operating cadences that help the team scale. Use data proactively to understand performance, spot issues early and drive better decisions.
- Commercial Excellence: Bring your own ideas to improve sales performance, team structure and ways of working, partnering closely with the General Manager to turn commercial priorities into action.
- AI & Innovation: Explore how AI and new tools can improve prospecting, pipeline visibility and sales productivity, using technology to enhance judgement and commercial decision‑making.
What We’re Looking For
- Commercial Sales Leadership: A proven sales leader with 4–5+ years of management experience and a strong track record of driving revenue and delivering against targets. You have a hands‑on sales background and understand the commercial levers that make a team successful.
- Building & Scaling Teams: Experience managing 40+ people, ideally through Team Leads or multiple management layers. You know how to structure, grow and develop teams while maintaining high performance.
- SaaS & Technology Experience: A strong background in SaaS, technology, fintech or a similar fast‑paced, high‑volume sales environment. Call centre or BPO sales leadership experience is also welcome.
- Performance & Coaching: A confident people manager who knows how to set high standards, give meaningful feedback and tackle performance challenges head‑on.
- Organisation & Systems: Highly organised, data‑led and process‑oriented, with the ability to build the systems, reporting and cadences needed to run a growing commercial organisation.
- Leadership Style: A hands‑on, forward‑thinking leader who brings energy, earns trust and gets the best out of their people. You bring your own ideas and know how to raise the bar.
Your Opportunity at Fresha

- Grow with the Business: Work alongside the founder, senior leadership and expand your scope as Fresha continues to scale globally.
- Make an Impact: Your decisions will directly influence how our sales organisation grows, how our people succeed and how we deliver against ambitious commercial goals.
